We are looking for a "Accounts Payable Accountant" for our leading customer operating in the Tire sector, which we are consulting.
Qulifications:
- 3-4 years of accounting background
- Good command of English
- Good communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders
- Advanced skills in Excel
Job description:
- Controlling supplier invoices from e-invoice system and sending to relevant departmant for approvals
- Bookings of supplier invoices to Oracle
- Matching supplier invoices with Purchase orders
- Booking export-import invoices
- Preparing supplier reconciliation and follow up
- Booking and following provisions for suppliers
- Import list preparation
- Stock transaction & invoice follow up
