We are looking for a "Compliance Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Medical”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes and documentation is preferrable but not strictly necessary.

• Define the scope of audits, determine documentation required in response to incoming requests, ensure the adequacy of documentation, and address inquiries.
• Implement global guidelines and perform checks based on past audit results, oversee documentation completion, manage preparation processes, and ensure comprehensive response to all inquiries during audits.
• Extract product lists from accounting/reference records, compile lists of hospitals for managerial visits, take actions regarding inventory items, determine visit requirements, brief visiting personnel, gather necessary documents (prepare additional files if requested by authorities), procure required documents from specialist
• Draft complaint forms, request service forms, and ensure reporting to the manufacturer.
