Demand Planning Support Staff

We are looking for a temporary “Demand Planning Support Staff” for our client operating in the “Glass Ceramics and Concrete Manufacturing” industry.
 
Qualifications
 

• A bachelor's degree in relevant fields,
• Long-term internship or minimum 1 year experience in the field of supply chain, planning, inventory or logistics.
• Fluent in English (spoken),
• Team player, able to work well within a team,
• Preferably familiar with SAP program,
• Well Organized, good in timing, systematic, multitasking
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

• Collect input from the Supply Planning and Sales teams, including supply scenarios and prioritized orders, project-based sales, etc., to develop effective scenario plans.

•  Gather customer forecasts from the Sales team and, if the customer forecast is sufficiently accurate, revise the statistical demand forecast accordingly.

•  Ensure the demand forecast is finalized and ready to be used as input for the S&OP process.

• Work closely with the Sales team to reshape the forecast based on consumption logic, especially if actual consumption differs from forecasted demand. Initiate necessary actions to address discrepancies.

• Assist the Demand Planning Manager in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics to support ongoing planning efforts.
