We are looking for a "Financial Affairs Assistant Specialist" to provide services for our client, whom we are consulting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
- Knowledge of General Accounting
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Preferably advanced Excel)
- Preferably experienced in using the Logo accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Recording and reviewing daily accounting transactions
- Obtaining invoice approvals and processing them in the accounting system
- Preparing income and expense statements and supporting financial reporting processes
- Monitoring payment and collection processes, as well as reviewing bank transactions
- Preparing necessary documentation for audit processes
