Jr Accounting Analyst

We are looking for a "Jr. Accounting Analyst” for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Pet Food”.


JOB DESCRIPTION
 

• Preparation of the weekly payment list (supplier invoices, customer refunds)
• Bookkeeping of import files and processing import and customs payments
• Monitoring the entire process of local tax payments and ensuring the payments are made
• Close follow-up and built accruals before period end
• Periodic control of overseas service invoices, franchising fee controls, VAT2 and withholding tax accounting records (MARS SC2, SAS)
• Reconciliation of vendor accounts and new vendor setup and document verification process.
• Bank Relationships with all transaction
• Opening of finance-related Pos
• Entry of insurance policies
• Fixed asset setup and linking to PO
• Running the exchange rate process at the end of each period
• Issuing and recording x-charge invoices
• Handling all processes related to bank users
• Supporting requests from EY/PWC teams

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance;
• Professional designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA) is an asset;
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a medium to large sized organization;
• Experienced in operating an accounting system;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required.
