We are looking for a " Laboratory Supervisor " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Chemical”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree,
• Preferably Chemical Engineer,
• Having a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position,
• Has good command of English,
• Able to adapt to teamwork,
• Mastering reporting processes,
• Residing in Tekirdağ/Çorlu,

• Performs or directs the performance of all physical analyses and strength measurements of existing product development trials according current EN regulation
• formulates new products and determines product specifications in accordance with the company's objectives and strategies
• performs and monitors product certification  processes
• ensures that samples of raw materials, semi-products, and finished goods are collected at the specified frequencies and analysed in accordance with the analysis methods
• performs the control of analyses and evaluation of analysis results;
• Directs the execution of periodic chemical, physical, and application testing on the products and the preparation of analysis results reports;
• Places orders for the necessary auxiliary materials used for laboratory analyses and monitors stock levels
• Provides regulars reports on the testet products and raw materials
• Participates in activities designed to assure the proper operation of the ISO-related system;
• Establishes a secure workplace and ensures that all employees work efficiently and in harmony
• complies with the rules outlined in Bostik's occupational health and safety and environmental procedure pertaining to the workplace environment;
