We are looking for a "Marketing and Export Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Wallpaper Industry”.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience as a part of an export sales team within the wallpaper industry,
• Have an understanding of export operations,
• Have a personal client data base, or have knowledge of foreign companies actively involved in wallpaper imports,
• Very good command and advance level of English, and preferably Russian or Arabic,
• Experience with MS Office programs,
• No restriction to travel abroad,
• Ability to work as a team member,
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conducting market research and introducing the brand and products to potential customers,
• Following orders, stock status, dispatching and collections
• Prepare all Export Documents for Customs and other Authorities,
• Efficient teamwork and communication with all departments and customers to ensure coordination and flow of information,
• Inform the management of exhibitions in target countries and provide all necessary information (dates, price, exhibitors, visitors, etc.)
• Preparing weekly / monthly reports in line with team members and departments and delivering it to the Manager,
• Examine the transportation expenses and follow invoicing, work on improvement process,
• To provide information, such as freight forwarders and customs agents, to organize and follow up the transaction.
