We are looking for Marketing Lead for our global business partner with qualifications below;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a track record of successful product launches and player or customer engagement
  • An understanding of 3600 marketing including TV, outdoor, digital, social, influencer and PR,
  • Deep understanding of digital communication and mobile gaming culture, trends, and player and customer behavior
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse marketing and product teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques
  • Creative mindset with the ability to devise innovative marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously




Job Description
 
  • Develop and refine the overall marketing strategy in coordination with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, ensuring effective promotion and brand visibility.
  • Identify target audiences and develop strategies to acquire new players, including online advertising, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  •  Implement strategies to engage and retain existing players, including loyalty programs, personalized communication, and customer support.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, using data and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Ensure the brand message and visuals are consistent across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, advertising, and product packaging.
  • Engage with the gaming community to understand their preferences, values, and expectations to refine the brand strategy accordingly.
  • Plan and execute pre-launch marketing campaigns to build excitement and anticipation for the game among the target audience.
  • Use analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the game launch and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Segment and target the audience effectively to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics.
  •  Interact with players regularly, responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and positive manner.
  •  Generate engaging and relevant content for the community, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and live streams.
  • Analyze community data and metrics to gain insights into player behavior and sentiment, using this information to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with the latest analytics tools and technologies and recommend improvements or changes to the analytics stack.
  • Ensure that all marketing expenses adhere to company financial policies and compliance requirements.
