We are looking for a " Operations Coordinator" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Automotive”.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from relevant engineering departments of universities,
  • 2-3 years working experience within a manufacturing facility (preferably in automotive supplier industry),
  • Ideally knowledge of PPAP, 8D and Control Plan/FMEA systems and tools,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP),
  • Driving licence class B, preferably own vehicle,
  • Written and verbal communication with suppliers and internal departments,
  • Flexibility in terms of remote working,
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment,
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Turkish and proficient in English,
  • Analytical thinker with solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail,
  • Willingness to travel to customers, suppliers etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support the Plant Project Manager with all daily operational tasks.
  • Act as the go-to person for questions about Quality, Logistics, and other general topics at the site.
  • Provide advice and support on issues related to Quality and Logistics.
  • Be the interface between customers, suppliers, service providers and company's internal departments
  • Communicate with leadership, support functions, 3rd parties and suppliers and generate reports and/or action plans as required.
  • Ensure the respect of standardized work methods through process confirmation and go, look, see.
  • Ensure that working conditions are fully compliant with Group HSE standards.
  • Set up and manage processes like supplier complaints, immediate corrective actions, and troubleshooting, in collaboration with the central specialist department.
  • Depending on the problem, actively lead or participate in the 8D Problem Solving process.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor tasks to ensure optimum Safety, Quality, Delivery and People (SQDP) performance.
  • Develop and attend daily shift meetings of 3rd party employees and highlight any key points for action or correction.
  • Take part in developing strategies to improve processes.
  • Conduct inspections of goods as they arrive and before they are shipped.
  • Support in the creation of delivery notes and invoices.
  • Provide operational assistance for logistics and administrative tasks.
