We are looking for a "Operations Manager" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Logistics Sector”.
QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing environment,
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability,
  • Having at least 5 years of experience in the field,
  • Strong communication and organization skills,
  • Google Suite or Microsoft Office suite: intermediate professional level ,
  • At least C1 level of English ,
  • Field sales experience,
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and willingness to embrace new challenges,
  • A team player who can effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals,
  • Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maximize productivity.

JOB DESCRIPTION
 
  • Welcome and onboard new partner-drivers
  • Deliver high quality presentations to both new and existing partner-drivers
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Track key metrics, data and KPIs to ensure that the team is operating at the highest level and are optimized to increase efficiencies
  • Go beyond mere problem solving; identify root causes and make process improvement proposals to the Driver Operations team
  • Eventually collaborate in supporting virtual channels: phone and in-app support
  • Make outreach calls to drivers for feedback collection and to understand their needs and concerns
  • Assist with events and promotions
  • Availability to travel
