Process Engineer (Chemical Engineer)

We are looking for a "Process Engineer" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Production”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good command of English (Reading, writing and speaking)
• B.S. or M.S in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 or 3+ years of experience in a similar role,
• Knowledge in a technical field,
• Strong computer skills with sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
• Work with minimal direction (can plan/organize their activities based on objectives).

• Creating, issuing and auditing relevant PCPs in all production processes
• To provide training to relevant employees in order to ensure the desired production quality
• To ensure the establishment of new processes and to follow the process performances
• Performing process validations and solving root causes of stubs,
• Attending Technoclub meetings and completing the determined actions on time
• Developing projects on all process-related issues that lead to customer complaints
• Supporting other LABs as needed
• Participating in budget studies, making investment proposals that will improve production and product quality and ensuring their realization
• To take part in cost reduction studies. Supporting improvement projects on the use of consumables, waste products, lost time in production
• To report the KPI about the department
• To carry out all its work in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards, company policy, objectives and procedures.
• To perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to his/her field of duty.
