Production Manager

We are looking for a "Production Manager" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Automotive”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree preferred,
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a related field,
• Strong leadership and management skills

• Oversee production processes for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Lead and coordinate daily operations of the production team.
• Strictly enforce quality control standards and ensure product quality.
• Manage the production budget and minimize costs.
• Train, guide, and motivate employees.
• Research opportunities for continuous improvement to increase productivity and safety measures.
• Regularly report to upper management.
