We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced “SUPPLY QUALITY ENGINEER” to join our team in İzmir, where we provide consulting services to a leading automotive industry player.

General Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering graduation,
• Auditor qualification according VDA 6.3,
• 3-5 Years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive industry,
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 / TISAX standards,
• Knowledge of specific customer requirements,
• Knowledge of basic quality tools (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA),
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Strong analytical skills,
• Excellent communication skills.

• Close cooperation with suppliers to ensure the quality of component & Services deliveries as required,
• Managing the complaint process in the event of non-compliance with suppliers by analyzing the causes of the problem, implementing corrective and preventive actions,
• Initiating the necessary actions to maintain the required quality level, analyzing and monitoring the corrective actions implemented by the supplier,
• Improvement and development of suppliers by conducting product audits of the process,
• Supervision over the process of charging suppliers with poor quality costs,
• Building good relationships with suppliers,
• Managing the supplier requalification process,
• Supervision and approval of changes, modifications of components in serial production (PPAP),
• Cooperation with Incoming Inspection, Quality and Process Engineers.
