We are looking for a Accountant Specialist for our customer operating climate industry with qualifications below;

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field from a university (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in collection processes.
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs.

• Regular monitoring of customer payments and execution of collection processes.
• Contacting customers with overdue debts to create and follow up on payment plans.
• Efficient management of payment reminder processes.
• Preparing relevant financial reports and presenting them to senior management.
• Supporting the resolution of customer complaints and contributing to customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring collection processes are carried out in compliance with legal procedures.
