We are looking for a "Foreign Trade Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Medical”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferably graduated from Business Administration, International Relations, English Language and Literature, International Entrepreneurship departments,
• Advanced English in reading and writing,
• Strong organizational skills,
• Attention to detail,
• Excellent communication to facilitate relaying information between multiple departments,
• Familiarity with import/export documentation is preferrable but not strictly necessary.

• Facilitating ordering process and maintaining records of all import/export related documentation and transactions,
• Collaborating with customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure smooth conduction of trade,
• Creation and review of related import/export documentation,
• Coordinating with sales department to ensure correct information regarding ETAs of product arrivals are relayed to interested parties.
