We are looking for a " High Touch Engineer" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Information Technology”.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience in network technologies.
  • CCIE or CCNP Certifications
  • Proficiency in Routing and Switching (R&S), Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI), Data Center (DC), and Nexus technologies.
  • Strong communication skills in Turkish and English.
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management and problem-solving.
  • Team-oriented with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable to on-site support visits and variable working hours.
  • Proficient in preparing technical reports and delivering presentations.
  • Solid business awareness to understand the commercial impact of network management decisions.



JOB DESCRIPTION
 
  • Analyze the operational needs of customer network infrastructures.
  • Lead problem resolution efforts for complex and critical network issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Develop network-level solutions using products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and other technical teams.
  • Provide proactive maintenance and on-site customer support services.
  • Organize periodic customer meetings and deliver Quarterly Business Review (QBR) reports.
