We are looking for a 'Human Resources Manager' for our client, with the following qualifications for our global client in the manufacturing sector;
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
At least 7 years of HR management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of Turkish labor laws and HR practices
Proven ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English
Able to work in İzmir / Manisa
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals.
Lead the recruitment process to find the right talent for our team.
Manage employee relations, help resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.
Drive performance management processes to help employees develop and grow.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills across the team.
Ensure compliance with all Turkish labor laws and company policies.
Provide HR advice and support to management on various HR matters.
Track and analyze HR data to help us make informed decisions.
Work with management to define salary packages and compensation structures.
Prepare yearly personnel cost budgets and forecasts.
Provide necessary reports to headquarters and management regarding personnel costs and budget analysis.
