Jr. Sales Support

We are looking for a temporary “Jr. Sales Support” for our client operating in the “Glass Ceramics and Concrete Manufacturing” industry.
 
Qualifications
 

• A bachelor's degree in relevant fields,
• Long-term internship experience or at least 6 months of similar work experience,
• Fluent in English (spoken),
• Team player, able to work well within a team,
• Well Organized, good in timing, systematic, team player,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,

• Monitoring all orders process:  create new orders, track orders, share the order confirmation,
• Follow sample operations (order, follow up, share with the customer),  
• Entering orders into the SAP system.
• Monitoring the operational processes of orders.
• Following up on the payment processes of relevant orders.
• Providing customers with information throughout the supply chain processes.
