We are looking for a "Lead Customer Experience Specialist" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “IT and Telecommunications ”.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management.     
• Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies.
• SAP
• Salesforce | Case Management
• Turkish | English Language

• Interacts with customers prior to and after sale.
• Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations.
• Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.
• Process Day to Day Order.
• Clear Backlogs.
• Respond Customer Queries and Claims.
• Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.
