We are looking for a managing director on behalf of our global business partner operating in the flexible packaging industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/facility management
- Good knowledge of corporate finance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Technical trainings in plant engineering or maintenance, or comparable professional experience
- Advanced knowledge in industrial facilities management
Duties/Responsibilities
- Prepare the site for the launch with support from the experts
- Manufacturing daily management: deep process involvement and control
- Facilities and equipment overview
- High attention with the labor and fire security
- Control of procurement and supply chain processes
- Settle KPI and control their realization
- Budgeting and planning, production, quality control
- Readiness to proactively find solutions in different technical challenges
