We are looking for a "P&O People Partner " for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Pharmaceutical sector”.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- P&O: Contribute to & deliver country P&O plans
- Build partnerships across different areas of P&O for effective collaboration and execution
- Employee lifecycle events: Partner, coach and manage execution of employee lifecycle events processes (Join, Work, Growth, Move & Leave)
- Advise stakeholders on P&O policies and guidelines | Plan & deliver country onboarding per agreed cadence & method
- Leader development: Build capability of managers for key People Processes
- Supporting performance management processes
- Coordinating and tracking training and development programs.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Taking necessary measures for occupational health and safety and ensuring legal compliance.
QALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of labor law and human resources practices.
- Proficiency in English is required.
